All rules must be adhered to at all times on the trip. Some rules will be enforced in their own way and others have penalty points. All points will be kept track of in the Fines Book. The punishment for collected points is below the rules.
- If a bottle/can of booze is opened, it must be finished before going to sleep.
- Buffalo Club rules are in effect for the entire journey.
- Nicknames only.
- No bodily hair can be cut for the duration of the trip.
- If you owe someone $20 or less, you may pay them back in beer.
- When we are all fishing, if one person does not catch a fish, that person cooks the fish, regardless of whose turn it is.
- ‘Kangaroo Court ‘ session to be held on Friday nights. The Bundu Dick will announce appropriate awards, fines and punishments.
- “Bundu Dick” is the youngest person on the trip. Rules specific to them are:
- Must carry the Australian Kangaroo (‘Roo) everywhere; +5 points
- Must carry and maintain the Fines Book; +10 points
- Always toast before doing a shot; +1 point
- Never state a drink is too strong; +1 point
- You must be able to open a pop-top beer at anytime; +2 points
- All phone calls home must finish with a chorus “love you” from the entire group; +2 points
- Unacceptable things to say/do/have on the trip (all +2 points):
- Whinging before/after a shot
- Complain about the quality of a free drink
- Release any bodily fluid/solid in the car
- Not shower at least once per week
- Drink the last 4 beers
- Say “I love you” to a fellow tour member
- Whoever buys a shot must buy everyone else one too; +3 points
- You must learn how to make a rose out of a bar napkin by the end of the first week, penalties for every day after if they can’t; +3 points
- No one is allowed to drink alone. Ever; +3 points to all
- No drinking from straws. Unless it’s a challenge or we’re drinking a Face Eraser; +4 points
- If you have engaged as a Wingman, you can never leave the Flight leader until relieved of your command; +5 points
- You must attend each Kangaroo Court session; +5 points
- Consuming of alcohol, before your turn to drive, is forbidden. Unless otherwise agreed by the collective; +9 points
- “What goes on tour stays on tour.” Penalty is death.
